His experience at Sony has given him a deep insight into customer requirements and needs. In 2005, Jose took over the management of Schweizer AG and since then he has led the company with impressive skill. He is not only an experienced technician, but also an inspiring leader. Andreia has had a diverse professional journey. After working as a clerk at Swiss Post for several years, Andreia discovered her passion in the executive search industry. She started as an Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper and developed into a Project Consultant over the following 3.5 years. After a total of seven years, her curiosity and quest for new challenges finally led her to a completely new industry - Schweizer AG. During the first seven years, she worked as Head of Finance, HR & Administration. When the position of Head of Purchasing became available at the end of 2022, Andreia also took on this exciting challenge and is now proud to be part of our team as Head of Finance, HR, Purchasing & Administration. |

Mitar's professional journey began after completing his business studies and took him on an exciting journey. His first stop was in Belgrade where he gained his first experience in accounting and administration. He then returned to Switzerland and worked for three years as an accountant in the consumer electronics (CE) sector. There he gained further experience and deepened his understanding of the world of numbers. Since summer 2023, he has been strengthening the accounting department at Schweizer AG. With his good mood, calmness in stressful moments and his willingness to provide support in various areas, he ensures a positive atmosphere and smooth processes. The world of numbers is Mitar's home. He sees accounting not just as a duty, but as a passion.
