Jose Garcia

CEO

 

 

Jose, our CEO, is an expert in the audio and video technology industry. His professional career began with a training as an audio and video electronics technician, which gave him a deep understanding of the technical aspects of this industry. His passion for innovation and technology drove him to constantly expand his skills and knowledge. Prior to his current position at Schweizer AG, Jose spent 7 years at Sony Professional where he worked as a system support engineer for SRG systems and private television stations. During this time he gained extensive knowledge of highly complex technical systems and developed solutions to some of the biggest challenges in the industry. His experience at Sony has given him a deep insight into customer requirements and needs. In 2005, Jose took over the management of Schweizer AG and since then he has led the company with impressive skill. He is not only an experienced technician, but also an inspiring leader. Jose knows how to combine the company's vision with practical realisation and motivate his team to work together to achieve their goals.

Claudio Unternährer

COO

 

 

Claudio has been in the world of video and audio technology since 1991. His professional journey initially took him to Sony Professional. He spent several years there, gaining valuable experience that made him an expert in this field. In 2006, Claudio decided to make his knowledge and passion for this industry available to Schweizer AG. As a member of the Executive Board and COO, he plays a crucial role in our company. His expertise spans a wide range of projects, including private television stations, key accounts and our valued retail partners.

Adrian, our experienced sales employee, has been a valuable member of our team since 2011. Hannes Felchlin

Hannes' professional career spans over 25 years and is characterised by his passion for photography and his affinity for technology. His career began in the world of photography, where he gained his first experience as a freelance photographer. Over time, he expanded his expertise and moved into technical support at a well-known manufacturer of photographic equipment. Eventually, he found his way into the sale of audiovisual equipment. Hannes enjoys working with people and the intensive dialogue with other photographers and videographers. His fascination for technology has grown steadily and he is always looking forward to new challenges, especially the opportunity to provide support with technical enquiries.
 
 
 

Valentino Vigniti

Valentino is an experienced cameraman who has been working as a freelance professional in the film industry since graduating from film school. Before joining our company, Valentino spent several years at the renowned Zurich University of the Arts, where he worked in film education in the camera department. There he shared his knowledge and passion for filmmaking with aspiring talents. Valentino's expertise spans across various specialisms including virtual production, professional camera techniques and camera and lighting training. His broad knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts in an understandable way make him a valued trainer and consultant in these areas.

Muhamet is an enthusiastic sales employee with a deep passion for video technology. Thanks to his sales experience, he knows how to inspire customers by offering customised solutions. He is particularly keen to provide professional advice and build long-term customer relationships. He also has extensive knowledge in all areas of video technology, from cameras and lighting to video editing and live streaming. Matthias Zurbriggen

Matthias is a true expert in the audiovisual media industry and has made a name for himself both creatively and technically. He has been working in this exciting world for many years and has realised a large number of impressive AV projects as a system engineer, particularly in the field of video studio post-production, where IT and SAN solutions play a crucial role. However, his expertise goes far beyond the role of system engineer. Matthias also brings valuable experience as a producer, motion designer and multimedia producer, giving him a unique perspective and ability to not only realise projects technically, but also creatively.
 
 
 

Martin Krause

Systems and Repairs

 

 
Martin, our experienced multimedia electronics technician, is new to the support team and is primarily dedicated to your repairs. Thanks to his many years of experience in the media world, including stints as a media producer in television, product photographer and project manager in studio construction, he brings a wide range of skills to the table. As an expert on the film set, he combines not only creative competence, but also technical expertise and logistical organisation. Thanks to his expertise, he can also actively support the installation team. His aim is to keep the customer experience at the highest level by providing excellent support and quick solutions. Lotrim Hajrullahu

Lotrim (Loti) has been a valuable member of the Schweizer AG team since 2022 and is responsible for our logistics and repairs. He feels "at home" here and ensures that our products are always stored properly and dispatched on time. Loti is characterised by his reliability, commitment and helpfulness. He always contributes to a positive working atmosphere and brings a smile to the faces of his colleagues. Loti is truly a ray of sunshine in our team.
 
 
 

Baran Koç

Logistics apprentice

 

 
Baran, our new logistics apprentice, started his three-year apprenticeship with us in August as an Logistician EFZ specialising in warehousing. He brings a breath of fresh air and drive to our team and actively supports our experienced Loti (logistics specialist) in all logistics tasks. We are looking forward to his successful time with us and are excited about Baran's contribution to the further development of our logistics department.
 
 

Ryan Kennard

Mediamatician apprentice

 
 
Ryan, our new apprentice mediamatician, has been part of our team since February. His main tasks include optimising and maintaining our website and ensuring our online presence. With a four-year apprenticeship ahead of him, Ryan brings fresh ideas and enthusiasm for digital media to our company. We are convinced that with his expertise and creativity he will improve our website and develop innovative solutions for a contemporary online presence.
 
 
 

Andreia Garcia

Head of Finance, HR, Purchasing & Administration

 

 

Andreia has had a diverse professional journey. After working as a clerk at Swiss Post for several years, Andreia discovered her passion in the executive search industry. She started as an Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper and developed into a Project Consultant over the following 3.5 years. After a total of seven years, her curiosity and quest for new challenges finally led her to a completely new industry - Schweizer AG. During the first seven years, she worked as Head of Finance, HR & Administration. When the position of Head of Purchasing became available at the end of 2022, Andreia also took on this exciting challenge and is now proud to be part of our team as Head of Finance, HR, Purchasing & Administration.

Mitar Mirkovic

Bookkeeping & Administration

 

 
Mitar's professional journey began after completing his business studies and took him on an exciting journey. His first stop was in Belgrade where he gained his first experience in accounting and administration. He then returned to Switzerland and worked for three years as an accountant in the consumer electronics (CE) sector. There he gained further experience and deepened his understanding of the world of numbers. Since summer 2023, he has been strengthening the accounting department at Schweizer AG. With his good mood, calmness in stressful moments and his willingness to provide support in various areas, he ensures a positive atmosphere and smooth processes. The world of numbers is Mitar's home. He sees accounting not just as a duty, but as a passion.
