Eyepiece is based on the ARRICAM design and offers high contrast, low distortion, an evenly illuminated viewing area for a clean image and a wide exit pupil for greater freedom of movement for the operator. Image can be flipped for use of viewfinder on camera left or right. Surround view shows an area larger than that being recorded. Flip-out monitor can show image or camera control menu. The MVF-2 displays customizable frame lines, surround view, camera status, Lens Data System info, clip/reel numbers, false color and peaking. MVF-2 uses new, reliable and flexible VF cables, features a built-in eyepiece lens heater for de-fogging and a built-in 3.5mm headphones connector.
